谢谢大家了，我的情况如下，请好心朋友帮忙翻译一下！

我购买了Deluxe - Linux主机空间默认数据中心成了亚太机房 （AP Region ）和一个ssl证书12.99美元优惠购买，4月20日的订单，由于他们的原因，直到4月28日godaddy才给我开通，
我试用后速度很慢，ping值达到700多，上传24M文件超过5小时还没传完，现在想申请将主机和ssl退款重新购买他们的美国机房主机，这个邮件该怎么写？

Hello         
      I purchased the Deluxe - Linux host space which default data center is in AP Region,and a SSL certificate which is $10 preferential buy.Order is on April 20th,with your reason,godaddy don't opened it until April 28th.
      Network speed is slow after try out it,and the ping value reached more than 700.when I upload 24M documents,it have not compete after five hours.therefore, I want to apply for  host and SSL a refund and  re-purchase  host which data center is in the United States ,thank you!

I puchased a Deluxe Linux hosting on 20th April. , which is in AP region by default ,also purchased a ssl , for some reason , the hosting is just become setup on 28th, after I try , this hosting is very slowly , the ping is very high , ping value is higher than 700 , I upload a file about 24M , have upload 5 hours , but also didn't finish. Now I wanna change to US region , can you help ? if can not , please offer me a refund for the hosting and ssl.

GD客服回信了，还是比较快的，大意是我新下个订单，然后去取消原来的主机账户就可以把剩余的主机时间加到新购买的主机上，请帮我看看这里头有什么特别需要注意的吗？他说要返回一些信息给他们，我不是很明白那几个具体的内容！

In order to have your hosting in a specific region if we our automated system did not set you up where you are supposed to be, please process the order through one of our representatives.  When you have your new hosting account purchased, please cancel the hosting and let us know so we can move the remaining time to the new hosting account.

Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.
To Cancel Your Hosting Account:

   1. Log in to your Account Manager.
   2. From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
   3. Click the domain name you want to use.
   4. Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.
   5. Click Cancel Account.

NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account.


To Purchase a Region Specific Hosting Account:
Please reply with this information:

- All of the items you are trying to purchase.
- The last four digits of the payment method on file that you would like to use, along with the 4 digit PIN for the account.
- Agreement to the full amount, please include the full amount in your response in US dollars.
- Acknowledgment that you have read and agree to the Universal Terms of service.
- Which region you would like for your hosting.
