该死的LP，就是不给我换服务器啊？！

我自己在用建设银行卡购买了Basic主机

现在IP被封了~我已经多次和lp取得联系，他们答复如下：


仅简述过程：
我：我先按照推荐帖子的格式写了更换服务器的邮件
lp：他们收到信件后，给我回复，让我提供“either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, authorization to charge the card, along with your Cpanel username or the full postal address, phone number, and first and last characters of your password on file”
我把我的信息发出去后，他们说信息错误

于是我重新发送了，他们又提示我不要重复发邮件

于是我就开始等待

结果刚才，他们又让我提供“either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, authorization to charge the card, along with your Cpanel username or the full postal address, phone number, and first and last characters of your password on file”

我提供了以后，他们说：“Hello, It appears that you have paid with paypal. If you would like to change the payment method, you will need to contact our office. If you would like to use paypal again, please reply back and let us know, thanks.”

我晕，就是不让我换啊？？


我明明用建设银行支付的，还说我用贝宝？我根本没有贝宝啊~~


我现在怎么办？我还没换过服务器呢
