论坛目录被封，客服叫我优化，不知道怎么做……

先是收到下面第一封邮件，他们叫我优化bbs目录，没有具体说要怎么优化，我也不知道怎么优化……
所以我回复问该怎么做，于是收到了第二封邮件，我看的不是太懂，好像是说没有解决方法吧……拿翻译软件翻出来的很乱
接着我又问了，你的意思是说没有解决的方法吗？那么我怎么才能恢复我的网站呢？最后又收到第三封邮件。
我英文不太好，可能理解上有错误，希望哪位可以帮忙看看。我自己的理解是，按照他们的意思应该就是只能优化bbs论坛目录吧？可是该怎么优化呢？bbs目录现在没权限，打不开……实在不知道从何入手……

你应该是超资源了，尽量减少安装论坛的插件，关闭一些不是很必要的功能，在查询搜索上设置间歇时间等等

但是我现在论坛的bbs目录根本打不开，论坛也无法浏览，从哪优化啊。

你建站的时候有没有在本地进行编译？如没有，建议先将服务器上的文件全部FTP到自己的机器上，安装一个PHP的环境，推荐使用XAMPP在本地进行调试。

客服不是说让你优化你的目录，是让你检查你的网站程序，你的程序耗费资源太大了，差点造成服务器崩溃！是不是你的程序不完整或者放木马了？免费的程序使用前一定要进行测试！！！他们说关于程序的问题，他们是不负责进行解答的。请你看看你的程序是不是最新版本的，或许程序有漏洞。实在不行，只能暂时不要使用该程序了，等程序更新以后在使用。我的经验：出现这种问题时你检查一下程序是在PHP5下运行的还是PHP4？两个版本差的挺远，PHP5 修改了很多地方，有些语句的书写也改变了，调用的方式也稍有不同。PHP4的程序在PHP5上使用，有些语句没有结束是会造成服务器超负荷。检查一下吧。

先谢谢一下楼上的回复，我论坛用的是Discuz5.5，我想Discuz的版本应该没有问题，之前用了一段时间，也一直没有问题。我这两天在论坛目录下安装了一个聊天室，所以可能是聊天室造成的，我想如果把聊天室删除也许可以解决。
但是现在主要的问题是，论坛的bbs目录完全没有权限，别的目录都可以打开，只有bbs目录打不开、也下载不下来，更别说是删除或者修改哪个文件了，所以我无法理解客服的意思，如果不能直接在目录里对文件进行调整的话，应该也没有别的方法了吧？可是客服的意思好像是说叫我弄好了以后再联系他……，所以我有些搞不清楚状况了，这叫我怎么弄啊……TAT

和LP客服沟通一下，应该问题不大

你看看在控制面板中是不是有webFTP的选项，直接使用webFTP看看能否删除文件。

一般控制面板的webftp权限是要高于使用FTP软件的。

如果还是无法删除，只能找客服了。先备份啊！！！

控制面板里的webftp我之前也试过，也是没权限，看来只好再联系客服问问了，谢谢上面两位的帮忙，现在就只能先等客服的回应了。
