这一堆邮件,唉,新申请的就被block,还真不是一般的衰, 就等独立IP了.

Hello Bob,
Some customers have issues with getting SSL certificate warnings when trying to login and access Cpanel. The security error which you see is due to accessing a URL in which the name of the site does not exactly match the domain to which we had put on our SSL certificate. As an example, "server.lunarpages.com" would be listed on the certificate as your server. However, when you log into control panel, your connection usually will go to "login.server.lunarpages.com". This is the reason for the mismatch error.

Depending on the security settings in your browser, this message can be triggered. This connection is still secure. The warning is just letting you know of the difference in the name.

Hi,
I just want to know how to solve this problem but not the reason. This
issue is an error but not warning in IE6, and I could not logon to the
cPanel.
And also I try to ping my domain name, and not result from that. As I know
I've applied the dedicated IP, but I'm not sure the IP address of this
dedicated IP, pls tell me if convenient.
The ping result as attached pic.

Hello Bob, Some customers have issues with getting SSL certificate warnings when trying to login and access Cpanel. Internet Explorer 6 In Internet Explorer 6, you will get a message pop up as a security alert asking you if you wish to trust the certifying authority. Under "Do You want to proceed?" hit the "Yes" button. Internet Explorer 7 You may stop the error messages by permanently accepting the server certificate which will work fine until the cert is renewed which is done annually. In Internet Explorer, choose to continue to web site. Once logged in, right click on the page and choose Properties from the menu. Click on the Certificates button. Click on the Install certificate button. Follow the rest of the wizard. Firefox 2 Next time when you receive the message, select the "Accept the certificate permanently" and you should not be alerted to this issue again. Firefox 3 In Firefox 3, you may be warned with a security message box when trying to login to your cPanel account for your domain. In the message it will say something to the effect of: server.lunarpages.com:2083 uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because it is self signed. (Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer) To get rid of this error message, on the bottom of the screen you should see a button that says, "Add Exception...". Click that and another box should pop up. On that box, you should see the words "Add Security Exception". Click on the "Get Certificate" button and then make sure the check mark box for "Permanently store this exception" is checked. On the bottom of the popup window click on Confirm Security Exception. Now it will ask you to confirm. A new box pops up telling you the information must be resent to try to login again - click the "Resend" button and you are done -- Best Regards, Benjamin Irby support@lunarpages.com Phone: 1-714-521-8150 (International)

Hello,

It appears that the GFOC has blocked the server that your account is on.

The current solution we are testing for the Firewall Blocks will require obtaining a Dedicated IP on your account for an additional fee of $2.95 per month. We are still performing testing at this time as a Dedicated IP will currently only grant you access to your site, Cpanel, and FTP, you will not be able to send or receive mail in China for now.

We are investigating options on the email service for your account to use the Dedicated IP instead of the shared server IP. We do not have an estimated time of completion for this, however, in the interim you will be able to change your incoming and outgoing mail servers to use your ISP instead of your domain temporarily so that you have email access.

If you wish to proceed, for security purposes please provide either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, authorization to charge the card, along with your Cpanel username or the full postal address, phone number, and first and last characters of your password on file.

Thanks!

Hi Bob,

I see on your account you just recently requested a Dedicated IP, this will assist with your Great Firewall of China block, however you will need to use your ISP for your email outgoing servers in order to send email to people in China, please advise if this is acceptable. We could offer you a one time server move for this issue, but there is no guarantee that this will not occur again as this is a shared server and China's filtration of content is vast.

Hi,
It's unacceptable, I bought your server and want the full service from yourside, so please help to move me to another server.
And also I want to know whether my dedicated IP is ok now, if ok pls give me the IP address, as I know if the dedicated IP is ok the GFOC won't block it.
Until now I still can not logon to cPanel, Ftp and also my site, almost 24 hours past, so could you please accelarate this process?
Thanks.
