Also, I noticed that your account does have a dedicated IP even though you can not access through it.

However, with the server move the dedicated IP will have to change. Therefore, there are two options to proceed:

We can move your account to the sand server now and request a new dedicated IP after the move has been done. (It may take 5-7 days for the new dedicated IP to become assigned).

Or we can request a new IP on the server now (it may take 5-7 days), and then move the account after the new dedicated IP is available.

I believe that you will want us to just move your account now and request the new IP after. However, before we proceed, we do need for you to confirm?

我发现你不能通过独立ip访问，虽然你有独立ip。
但是独立ip可能需要改变了，下面有两种选择：
给你移动帐户，然后申请新ip（需要5-7天独立ip出现）
或者申请新的独立ip，然后移动帐户

我认为你想让我们移动帐户，然后申请ip。当然我们需要你的确认。
