发生这种情况的一个主要原因可能是由于你购买主机的时候付款的时候中途断了或者没根据链接去支付，而是你直接把钱存到他们账户了，钱是给了，但是LP不能确定是谁给的，所以楼主应该把支付钱的编码，信息等都告诉LP，这样他们核对确实有这条支付信息记录，就知道是你给的钱，才能帮你进一步解决问题。
