【求助】信用卡购买的问题

我6月24日订购了LP的basic方案，用工行的MarsterCard付款，信息填写正确
但是LP发邮件告诉我：

我的付款没有完成，请问各位老手，我应该怎么完成付款呢？Pay bills 里面好像没有付款的选项啊。各位千万要帮我啊，他好像就要关了这个空间了。

工行的国际卡默认没有开通外网无卡支付功能，拨10086按6号键进去要他们人工帮你开通即可支付成功

我今天再次联系了银行，他们说我的帐户上已经扣除了相应的款项，日期和数额与我的订购完全一致，但是美国佬还是说他们没有收到款。这是怎么回事呢？哪位大哥能告诉我现在该怎么做呢？

估计银行没跟你讲清楚，商家仅仅是冻结了你的资金，而没有请款

国际卡走visa或者是master线路付款和银联卡走银联线路付款不一样的，银联卡走银联线路是实时扣款，也就是你交易的时候，输入了密码，钱就被划走了
而国际卡走外网线路付款的过程是，你输入付款信息后，商家先在你的卡上冻结了相应的资金，然后商家通过卡组织向你的银行请款，只有商家请款以后，商家才收到款，你的钱才被划走，在商家请款前，你的钱没有被划走，而仅仅是被冻结，若商家在规定的时间内没有请款，那么的资金会自动解冻，

别着急，我也是你这样的情况，因为工行的卡要通过一个xxxx的地方转到LP账户的～
我上次转了2个星期呢……
等就行了，不急
