邮件被归为垃圾邮件求解

开了邮件帐户，并使用gmail来收取、发送邮件，为什么很多邮件都被屏蔽为垃圾邮件呢？
有什么方式可以避免吗？收到后的邮件内容如下：

我是开了一个 admin@***.com，并通过gmail来收取admin@***.com的邮件，在gmail里被归为垃圾邮件了

但是这句话写的是demeter.lunarmania.com主机上的垃圾邮件过滤软件把你收到的认为是垃圾邮件
