买了独立ip,但是控制面板上是Shared Ip Address！！我该怎么办？我英语不好，怎么给他们发信呢？发给哪个邮箱？

邮箱账单里是有购买的，然后回复了一封自动邮件，好像让到一个网址去，里面有你的提问信息，等待客服的回答：
