有人可以幫忙嗎是退款的

I have canceled your account and tried to issue your prorated refund but I am receiving a message that your credit card number either has to many numbers or not enough( Error validating card/account number range) so please check your credit card so we can issue the refund.

已经取消了你的帐户,但信用卡帐号有点问题,请检查一下正确的卡号.在给他们回复邮件.
