Thank you for contacting Online Support.
Upon review of the domain name wowgold-wow.com, we found that no 'A record' has been set for that domain name. You may change the A Records for your domain name within your account in the DNS Manager.
To Change the A Records
First, you will need to login to your account.
• Click here to get to our homepage and enter your customer number or user name and your password. Click on "Secure Login" to be taken into the account.
NOTE: If you have trouble logging in, our Account Retrieval System may help you. You can use this to retrieve your customer number and/or reset your customer account password. You can find this system by selecting 'Forgot Your Password?' on the home page under the login fields.
Once logged in:
• In the 'My Products' section, select 'Hosting Account List'.
• Click the 'Open' link under the Control panel heading for the hosting account you wish to manage.
• Click on the 'DNS Manager' button under the Settings heading.
• Under the A (Host) section click the "Add New A Record" link on the right hand side of the page.
• Enter the Host Name. This will be "@" for the primary A Record.
• Enter the IP address in the "Points To IP Address" field.
• Click the Orange "OK" link to save the changes.
Please allow 1-24 hours for the changes made to take effect.
