我怎么进不了lunarpages的cPanel呢,急请教

大家好,我是个新手,在lunarpages上注册了个域名是basic的,没有独立IP,我用帐户和密码进入了hosting ,我在里面也没设置,但是进不了cPanel,其他的可以进去,比如是billing ,register/manage domain等,就是进不了cPanel,是不是要在那里设置一下,才能进入cPanel,我发了好多邮件给support@lunarpages.com,他们的回答是很及时,但没解决问题,他们还帮我测试了,可能是我没有进去cPanel的原因,所一我用cuteftp也不能连接我的域名服务器.感谢大家.

你肯定你沒有被封嗎? 如果你能上到同IP的網站, 那就證明沒有被封了.

接下來的, 最直接的方法就要要求客服幫你更改密碼.

把上面的內容複製一次跟他們說吧, 內容是  你忘記了密碼, 要求他們幫你重設一次. 以及提及了你如果告訴他們你的空間的擁有人, 因為你現在忘記了密碼, 正常的情況下是需要提供你的個人資料( 你空間注冊時所填寫的資料 ), 當中是包括密碼的, 現在就問問他們你該怎麼做.

谢谢你的帮助,请问cpanel的密码跟那个进入服务器的密码和帐户不一样吗,我从www.lunaroages.com进去,然后在主页上的右上角用他们的发来的帐户和密码进去,然后就进入另一个页面,我看到了一个cPanel,我点进去,然后我点go to cpanel,就进不去了.难道进如cpanel有另外的密码吗,他们的邮件没有啊,还有,是不是一定要进入cpanel设置以后才能用cuteftp联系到服务器呢.如果有个独立的IP是不是会很稳定,很安全呢,不会出现问题呢

是GWF封了,ping不通,我已申请换服务器了,换IP ,但工作人员很难说话,我想再问大家,进入cPanel是直接进入吗,不需要其他的密码吧,密码也只有LOGIN的密码吧,我只有一个密码,没有独立IP 会经常会被封吗?谢谢大家,要不要买个独立的IP ,请帮我分析一下.

进cpanel的账号和从管网登陆那个一样的，用户名在开通信里有的，找找
共享IP对别人的依赖性太大，因为只要服务器上有一个网站有问题整个服务器都不能访问了，建议使用独立IP
