我在我的cpanel空间上面另外绑定了一个域名，请问我怎么用这个新域名建立一个新的网站？

老大还是不行啊绑定不上去啊（我的主域名的DNS用的是万网的DNS，没用空间商的DNS，和这个有关系嘛？）

99ya.cn是我想额外绑定的域名 czchangyou.cn是主域名
99ya.cn用的是空间商的DNS，后者是万网的DNS
