vpsland不向中国人出售VPS

本来今天想去买个vpsland的vps，所以咨询了一下livechat，想向他要一个IP测试一下速度，但是他告诉我不向中国客户提供vps服务，可惜了，他的价格真的很不错，而且免费送30域名plesk，一下是我和他们的livechat的对话。
