独立IP之后的问题

Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

The dedicated IP will likely not work to resolve this issue, as the server will still be blocked. However, dedicated IP will allow visitors in China to see your site, but there would still be issues with email as the mail server for your account would still have the shared server IP. If this is not an issue for you, you can get a Dedicated IP.

We found that you don't use Credit Card as your payment method. Please provide the first and last digits of the password on this account along with your full postal mailing address with Zip code and telephone number so that we can complete the verification.

Please advise.

服务器IP被封,购买独立IP之后,邮箱还有用吗?后台管理怎么进?

是提交ticket的吗？不要重复提交
邮箱可以使用，等独立IP分配下来，后台就可以进了

用GMAIL来回的写信,刚刚才在邮件里发现LP在首封回信时给了ticket的帐号及密码,呵呵.
邮箱的M记录是用新的IP吗?

首次提交会排一下队，回复他们邮件就快了。不过他们有时候是用范文回复的一点作用都没有，害我查金山才填出一封英文邮件。下次写中文给他们，让他们请一些留学生作客服，支持留学同胞也好。
