上午发mail给客服，到现在还没反应，真是的。。。
随便给停掉账号，这也太过分了！！

你们买空间有被这样要求吗？？？
To reactivate your account please fax or email a copy of your government-issued photo identification (Identification National Document- such as a driver's license or a passport) and the front and back of the credit card that was charged. For your security, you can white out all but the last four card numbers on the card front.

You can fax the documents to 801-765-1992 ATTN: Verification (make sure to include your main domain name on the fax document) or reply to this email with the attachments.

The system is designed to do this to prevent fraudulent accounts from being created.
