下面是我做了添加域名后GD给我的信。我看得懂内容,但却不知道建站过程正确的到底应该做什么?请有经验的告诉我这封信里要我必需做什么设置吗?还是什么也不用做?我的空间和域名都是GD的。

* Upload site content
* Set up email
* Update DNS settings*
*This is required only when your domain name is in a different shopper account or is not registered with us.

Upload site content
It typically takes up to 24 hours before you can upload site content. The easiest way to do this is outlined in the Help Center article: Using the Hosting Control Center Web-Based FTP Client.
* If you're using a third-party FTP client, note the FTP user name and location listed under "Important hosting account information." You'll need it to upload your files.
* Looking for an FTP client? Our customers like FileZilla. It's free and easy to use. Download FileZilla now.
Set up email
One perk of domain name registration is using your name for an email address.

Update DNS settings (critical!)
If your domain lives in a different shopper account or with another registrar, you must update your DNS settings. If not, skip this section.
The Domain Name System (DNS) provides visitors access to websites using domain names rather than IP addresses. You're responsible for manually updating your domain's DNS settings through your registrar.
Note: Until you do this, visitors can't visit your site.
* Use the primary and secondary DNS host names and IP addresses under "Important hosting account information" when updating your domain's DNS.
* Before you update your domain's DNS settings, you can use the preview site URL to see how your site will look once its DNS settings are updated. Your preview site URL is on the Hosting Control Center home page and expires in two weeks if you don't extend it.
Note: Your preview site URL takes about 30 minutes to appear.
You can change your hosting password from the Hosting Control Center home page. In the FTP pod, next to your current password, click Change.
NOTE: Your hosting account and FTP user name and password are not the same as your Go Daddy customer account user name and password.
