This usage is not acceptable on a shared environment. Your CPU usage would need to be at least 3 times lower and the RAM usage would need to drop at least 40 times.
Atlantis, the server where I moved your account is just a temporary server where your account can spend 1 week, maybe 2 if you need more time to fix all the issues. After this time you will either need to have all the problems fixed so we can move you back to the production server or you will need to upgrade your account to a dedicated server where the usage would fit much better. As being a stabilization server, the resources on the atlantis server are not guaranteed in any way.
We will be waiting for your fast answer and actions.

暂时将你的账户转移到了一个 临时服务器（临时服务器的正常运转不会有很好的保证。），以免影响你原来服务器里的其他客户。摆在你面前的是2条路：
1.优化好你的网站，降低CPU使用率，然后再通知他们搬回来
2.升级到VPS或者独立主机。
