我用的是独立IP, 还可以访问, 但是还是间歇性抽风, 向各位请教一下, 这种情况下需要更换服务器吗, 就是担心换了以后还是一样的情况.

暂时不需要，这几天国内路由调整，才出现这种情况的，过几天就没事了
