买了LP的空间，一周了还没有开通？

5月12日买的，现在还没有收到开通空间的邮件。用农行的网上银行买的，买后几分钟就已经收到“ Your Stratocash Payment for LunarPages Web Hosting”了，然后有一封内容为：
Hello,
For security purposes to confirm you are the account holder, please provide the following:
Last 4 digits of the credit card on file:
This request is for security reasons only.
If you can not supply the last 4 digits of the credit card, please provide:
Your full postal mailing address:
Telephone number:
Thank you.
我只写了具体地址和电话号码，请问有什么不妥吗？
想问一下LP官方，怎么写合适！谢谢各位了！

信用卡最后四位
如果提供不了信用卡后四位的话，需要提供
你的邮件地址（不是电邮）
电话号码

我是用网上银行买的,没有信用卡的最后四位,只提供了住址和电话号码.
