LP对北京网通的速度

我一般在宿舍上网，是校园网+教育网直通车，LP的速度很不错，比国内空间差不多，不过在网吧打开速度很慢，而且其他网站的速度特快……不知道怎么回事了。这个网吧是北京网通的。
还有LP对其他国家的速度很快，怎么在我们国家很慢啊……看看下面的数据。我在 http://www.just-ping.com PING的。
