请教关于RAM占用和MYSQL使用量的问题

lunarpages 说我的RAM占用过，还有MYSQL使用过多，要我修改。我有几个问题，我自己如何在cpanel查看当前的RAM占用和MYSQL使用量？

我看了一下MYSQL的状态。感觉用的太夸张了一点，才4个小时就100多万次查询？怎么搞的？就是一个discuz论坛和一个supesite呀。每天才500ip。

While monitoring the server where your account is located on, I had to move your account to a temporary server because your resource usage was way too high.

Medon, the server where I moved your account is just a temporary server where your account can spend 1 week, maybe 2 if you need more time to fix all the issues. After this time you will either need to have all the problems fixed so we can move you back to the production server or you will need to upgrade your account to a dedicated server where the usage would fit much better. As being a stabilization server, the resources on the medon server are not guaranteed in any way.

我的mysql现在每秒查询次数是74.97，怎么这么多呀。lunarpages说的MySQL Average Queries: 1.9 是什么？就是这个美妙查询次数吗？

开启了缓存。

我现在尝试了关闭论坛和网站，但是phpmyadmin里面查询次数仍然疯狂增长，我把数据库里面的用户全部删除，保证没有人可以链接，但是数据库仍然查询数疯狂增长，怎么回事？网站被攻击？

你看得是你的帐户的还是服务器的？
