LunarPages续费问题

原来是有购买jsp服务的，现在想续费，但是不要jsp服务。我是用信用卡购买的， LunarPages发了封邮件说，要自动从我的信用卡扣费。我刚才怎么办？

If you registered a domain name through us and it does auto-renew, please be aware that this charge is not refundable. Letting us know ahead of time means that we can stop this process and prevent charges from being applied to your account.

If you would like to close out your account, please get in touch and we can arrange this for you.

直接发信给support，就说你续费不想续费JSP了，他们会帮你处理的
