退款帮助……

LP有人退款成功的吗？
我申请了退款两个星期了。一直不给我退款。已经发了N次E-MAIL。
下面是三天前的。然后没回复。

还当天给我打电话来了，问了我需要什么帮助吗只类的话，我说了不要，退款吧。然后还给他了发了邮件。但是到现在没回复。
昨天开始不能浏览帮定的郁名，IP PING不通。我检测了一下该IP下的网站，检测出了两个网站，那些网站也不能浏览。但是CPANEL能进去，能正常操作……
是不是很异常啊？不给退款也罢了，空间也不能使用了。。帮个忙……
对了，我发了邮件说了FTP登陆不上，郁名也不能浏览，但是他们没回复……

如果你继续使用它们的主机，可以给你40%的优惠，如果确实不需要就给他们回复说要退款就可以了
