前台不能显示,后台正常

在basic主机上新装的PHP程序安装成功了,却不能打开首页,后台显示正常,前台显示如下:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@****.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

而我问程序的官方,他们说是服务器内部错误，空间商屏蔽了错误信息，因此只能通过联系空间商解决这个问题。

请问如何发信给空间商解决这个问题呢?如何写这信呢,本人E文有限

可能是权限没用设置成777吧
我以前遇到这个问题的时候，都是把那个目录删除。addon域名删除。。
再添加域名来解决的哦

二种意见,究竟如何啊?请大家多给点意见
