Hello,

During a recent audit on the our server we noticed some part of files uploaded on your account are copyrighted material:



Can you please provide a document confirming you are entitled to redistributed them. Elsewhere your account can be considered as breaking the following item of AUP http://www.lunarpages.com/aup.php:

"You agree not to infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software."

Some files from this folder were having multiple apache connections and were causing this service to timeout, affecting other customers on the shared environment. This is not acceptable as we cannot allow one user to monopolize all the resources of the server.
