我的VPS购买不成功

在我的产品列表中找不到我购买的VPS，第一次写信去后的回信是这样的：
Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Server Support.

Your server is within your account, and awaiting final configuration (such as the password). Please feel free to set it up at your own convenience, and please note that this final step takes up to 12 hours to complete.
It can be setup from GoDaddy.com > My Account > Virtual/Dedicated Servers > Setup.

Let us know how we can further assist you,


可是还是找不到，再写信过去，他们再回信：
Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Server Support. We checked your account and the "Set up Account" link is there. Clicking on this will let you set the server up.

Please let us know if we can assist in any other way.

还是没有找到我的VPS,请各位高手帮帮忙，买到现在快十天了
