昨天买的主机，但状态提示 please call，怎么解决？

必须和我通上电话才能开通？是这个意思是不？如果是这样，ix有中文电话客服吗？有没有其他解决的办法？

我与ix的 livechat的中文客服联系了，他说让我等一天！？？

了解的朋友告诉我该怎么办？我买的是无限型的主机。

需要电话验证，如果你购买时留的电话是真实的话，他们会主动打来的，时间不确定。

那些英文的意思是否是已经试着联系过我了，只是没有联系上，需要我打回去？还是什么意思？
我能主动联系他们吗？电话里有中文客服吗？

一般来说，你接到英文电话，直接在电话中说一句，Please call me use Chinese.
他们就会为你安排中文电话验证了。
ix有中文的电话验证，只是默认情况下都是英文的。
