收到来信请帮忙看下是要我传真他们信用卡复印件吗？

请问这里的高手，指导下小弟！

我按照论坛里的教程，申请购买LunarPages 的 BASIC方案，通过国内的银行卡汇出了款项，
最后结果是：付款成功了。
后来接到LunarPages的邮件，如下。
好像是要我传真给他们信用卡的名字？不好意思，E文太垃圾。
但我是使用朋友的国内电子银行卡支付的，没有信用卡啊。
他到底要我传什么呢？是钱没有收到吗？
是购买人的中国身份证复印件吗？还是有银行卡上朋友名字的身份证复印件？还是照相给他们？
请大家别笑话我英文太差了！以前读书时没有读好。现在后悔啊。
现在要怎么回复他们？请大家指导下！不胜感激！

附他们的原信内容如下：

Hello,

Before we can approve your new hosting account, please fax the following into our offices:

1.) Credit card used to sign up the account
2.) Photo ID of the person's name on the credit card

Please fax this to:
ATTN: New Accounts
Fax#: 714-521-8195

Once we receive this information we will immediately process this order.

If you do not have access to a fax machine, you can also scan this information and attach it to this

email.

应该是要支付那张卡的复印件和那张卡的所有人的身份证复印件传真给他们才会开通帐户

我支付的是使用中国建设银行的龙卡，您的意思是说：
把中国建设银行的龙卡，及持有人的身份证扫描复印后作为附件邮件他们？
上面都是中文，他们看得懂？
可能低估他们的中文水平了！呵呵
