Thank you for contacting Online Support. There is no way to migrate your AP Based hosting account to a US Based hosting account. To do so you will need to purchase into a US or EU Based hosting plan. Once this plan is purchased you would need to transfer your files to your new account. Please note that once your AP Based hosting account has been canceled we would be able to issue a refund or transfer time to your new hosting account.
If you are purchasing from an Asia based IP address you would need to use one of the following links to purchase into the desired Data Center:
EU Data Center
US Data Center
Please note in order for us to issue a refund or process a credit move for unused time you would need to cancel the AP Based hosting account in question. Once canceled let us know if you would like a refund or for us to process a credit move on your behalf.
Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.
