如何在HostGator购买独立的IP?

申请独立IP的地址：https://secure.hostgator.com/ip.php


打开https://secure.hostgator.com/ip.php是如下内容,应该怎么填写呢?

Your Email:  *   
Your reseller domain name:  *   
Your Reseller username:  *   
Your Reseller password:  *   
The site to put the dedicated ip on:  *   
The username to that site:  *   
The password to that site:  *   
Do you authorize the $2 monthly ip charge?  *

那“不填”的三项，是带“*”必填项啊，不填咋能提交呢？请解释一下，谢谢！

我已买了个独立IP，

一定要填吧，Your reseller domain name　這個怎麼填？是網址還是域名呢？
我是網址是http://ｘｘｘｘ.com/bbs/
域名當然http://ｘｘｘｘ.com/

這樣填對不對：

The site to put the dedicated ip on:  *  http://ｘｘｘｘ.com/bbs/
