我是独立主机，购买独立IP遇到麻烦

我是独立主机用户，还需要购买一个独立IP，可是他们好像不给购买独立IP了。请帮忙翻译一下。

独立IP我是采用够买空间然后加上独立IP，正式购买的时候把空间删除了，只留下了IP，这样IP就可以一次购买12个月的了，因为单独购买IP没有看到购买时间的选项，默认是2个月的。

Additional IP addresses past the first three will cost $2.99/IP, per month. These IP addresses must be purchased for a minimum of 2 months, which will be charged upfront for a total of $5.98 an IP to start. You can have one IP address not used for SSL's (any additional IP's must be used for SSL's).

Please note that upon requesting your fourth dedicated IP address or more, you must provide business justification for each IP address already issued to your server. In order to request another IP, please complete this list of your all your existing IP addresses and its justification.

Examples:
1) 208.x.x.x - Used for domain1.com -- required for an SSL.
2) 208.x.x.x - Used for domain2.com -- [business justification]
2) 208.x.x.x - Used for domain3.com -- [business justification]

New IP #4 ) To be used for domain4.com -- required for an SSL.

Once we have this information, we would be happy to submit a request on your behalf.

1. How many additional IP addresses you would like us to allocate to your server (up to 3 at a time).
2. What you are using your current IP addresses for (please be very specific).
3. What you will be using the new IP addresses for (please be very specific).
4. The last 4 digits of the payment method on file that you would like us to use to charge the initial 2 months.

Once we have this information, we would be happy to submit a request on your behalf.

看上去我的独立IP是买不到了。他们好像对独立服务器不准再另外购买IP了。
看来只有买SSL了。
