Yes, I can see from your traceroute that your connection to the server is very slow.

I'm terribly sorry about this, but unfortunately it appears that this may be something which is out of our control.

Could you please talk to your ISP about this issue and see if they can suggest a fix for your connectivity to the server?

Unfortunately we do not currently have any additional VPS systems that we can transfer your account to. Our other hardware nodes are not accepting additional accounts, and they have different software versions installed which will prevent a proper transfer of your account.

The routing issues you are experiencing appear to be isolated to the China backbone network, not on our end of things. Unfortunately any server on our network would likely perform in a similar way since all traffic to China will go through this same network.

项兄啊，你的路由表也挺正常的。何必换了哦（中国的网络太复杂了<中国的网络是世界最大的局域网>。访问外国的空间当然慢，个别网络会出现掉包。。实属正常现象）不信的话，你可以找一个在香港的朋友或台湾的朋友ping一下。他们一定竖大拇指夸网速属于中上等哦！！！
