Godaddy主机cancel account要怎样写邮件申请将钱退回信用卡

我第一次买Godaddy主机，域名填写得不对，我以为cancel account后就可以更换域名，所以点了，等搞清楚后已经晚了，我在买的当天就干了这么件蠢事，我想问
1、cancel主机后，我交的费用到哪里找，直接退到我的信用卡上吗？一周后我打电话问招行，他们说没有退款，我在贵网站上看了几个小时还是没有相应的答案。
2、如果费用退回来我可以看着贵站的帮助进行再次购买，但如果没有回信用卡，那费用在什么地方，我要怎样操作进行重新购买，请帮帮我吧。

跟他们联系退款或者我选好商品在购物车内，他们把费用抵消也行，我的英文不好，所以请问邮件里要写一些什么内容，最好能给个例子，搜索得到两篇同样的问题，可没有明确的操作可以参考。
还有邮件是发到ra@godaddy.com吗？

我出问题的当天就写了一封信过去，但不清楚到底发到哪个邮箱了

他们回我的，但我不清楚他们到底是什么意思

When contacting us again please provide the four digit call in pin, or the last four of the credit card on file.
