昨天直接邮件再次投诉，今天一早就收到回复：

Thank you for your message. However, registrars are allowed to set their own prices for the transfer service. Your complaint has been forwarded to the registrar of record for assistance. If your registrar has not contacted you within the next five business days, please contact ICANN.
