前天,我重新发送了邮件,想问清楚高额服务费的出处:
Dear support:
I'm sorry,my English is poor.
I consideration some days.
I want to know what a $5.99 domain change to $100 service fee.
If your has a help webpage or rules in name.com for this service fee,show it please.
I want to recheck it.
Because this fee is fifteen times as high as this transaction.
I concede my mistaken,my Paypal account is wronging that time.
But I did not send the chargeback message for this transaction.

这里又有一个问题.
name.com回信中的:"charged back",
是指"已经退款",还是"落案起诉" ?
好像翻译机译成是"落案起诉"的....
