这个是什么意思啊?  信用卡上个月被扣款了  但是10月6号我是已经付了一年的款了,也就是当时是买的一年的空间 帮忙翻译下 谢谢.

This Billing Cycle 是一个最低周期，1个月。如果这个月内流量、容量超会被扣费（一般不可能）

付款周期是 Cost Period
在后台面板 －Billing －Manage Account 可以看到
