不能退款的原因，有点看不懂

大概意思好像是：你超过了30天全额退款期限，因此要按月收取使用费（上面说你用了6个月了），他们还有个设置费，如果你不退款设置费是不收取的，如果退款就要把30美元设置费扣出来，开始送的免费域名也只能免6个月，剩下的期限也要由你缴费。这样算下来你的确没什么钱了！
不知你买的那种方案：假设7.95的方案一年就是95.4，用了半年剩47.7，扣设置费30剩17.7，再扣域名，差不多吧！

没有说不给你退款啊，只是要扣除你6个月的使用费用、免费域名的费用、设置费用。
这些都很正常啊，他们的TOS中是有明确说明的。
