While investigating the cause of server instability on Carp, the server your account is hosted on, we trace the issue to a script on your account we believe may have been used for malicious purposes. The script disabled was:

./hbcms/php/r.php

and was renamed to:

./hbcms/php/r.php.disabled-contact-support

Please note that copies of this file exist in a few other directories, they are shown here:

./hbcms/HBcms_v_2007-11-29_04-50-20/php/r.php
./hbcms/php/r.php.disabled-contact-support
./dzzyx/hbcms/php/r.php
./autoearn8/hbcms/php/r.php

The abuse of this file on the server was causing it to be unstable and unavailable for other users. Please ensure it is updated, secured, or removed from the system. I have attached a copy of your Apache access logs for today showing the web hits that the file received. If you have any questions or issues regarding this matter please let us know and we'll be happy to assist you.
