We need to know if this is for an internal server or if you had intended to request the certificate for a fully qualified domain name.

Yes---> If this is not meant to be world wide web accessible, then as an internal server certificate we can continue on by sending the email confirmation to the email address contained within the request. To continue the process, please reply with the word "Accept" and the last 4 digits of the payment method you used to purchase the certificate credit.

No--- > If this is meant to be a world wide web site security certificate, then we will need to deny it. To deny it, please reply with the word "Deny" and the last 4 digits of the payment method you initially used to purchase the certificate credit.

After denial, log into your Secure Certificate Account Manager so that you can click on "denied", follow the instructions on the left and start over.

Please let us know within 48 hours of the certificate submission if this is an internal certificate or a web site certificate. After 48 hours the request will time out and you will have to resubmit.
