请大家帮忙看看是怎么回事？？
我是两个星期前在lunarpages网站主页上买的空间，基础型，去掉折扣共是102美元。通过国内银行卡环迅IPS付款，之后收到stratocash的背书邮件，又收到lunarpages的会员计划的邮件，但是之后就什么邮件都没有了。
我看别人都是一两天就好了，三天之后，我等不及了，我就通过那个那个desk问他们，他们要我注册时的域名和付款凭证，我给他之后，他说已经核实好了，帐号会在一到两个小时之内给我。但是过了一天我也没收到。我就又申请了一个ticket去问他们怎么办，他们说检查垃圾邮件箱，我查了几遍还是没有。又过了1天，我说我要换个邮箱，你给我重发，这时候他们的support小组已经换人来回答我的ticket了。他说换邮箱要提供注册信息，我就给了他们，他们说要通过电话来开通，我说电话我们可能接不到，我们有时差的啊，。（我那时候还不知道一个ticket帐号可以反复提问，因为我每次再登陆的时候就不让进去了。我前面大概注册了3个ticket去问他们。）
我最后又注册了一个ticket帐号去问问题，这次我把前因后果，包括我注册了好几个ticket帐号问了问题。他们明白了，又要我提供所有信息，包括注册时的地址，邮编，电话，付款凭证等，我就又给一遍。之后我就给他们打电话，但是没人接，分机8501。我在ticket上跟他们说，他们说让我们等他电话，我把固话，手机都给了他们，但是到现在，两天了，连个短信也没见啊。。大家帮我看看，是哪里出了问题。懂行的来问答，莫误导我，搞完这件事我就回家过年了。非常感谢，一定要速度啊
