两周没收到lunarpages帐号,极品高手快请进!!!新帖啊,

请大家帮忙看看是怎么回事??
我是两个星期前在lunarpages网站主页上买的空间,基础型,去掉折扣共是102美元。通过国内银行卡环迅IPS付款,之后收到stratocash的背书邮件,又收到lunarpages的会员计划的邮件,但是之后就什么邮件都没有了。
我看别人都是一两天就好了,三天之后,我等不及了,我就通过那个那个desk问他们,他们要我注册时的域名和付款凭证,我给他之后,他说已经核实好了,帐号会在一到两个小时之内给我。但是过了一天我也没收到。我就又申请了一个ticket去问他们怎么办,他们说检查垃圾邮件箱,我查了几遍还是没有。又过了1天,我说我要换个邮箱,你给我重发,这时候他们的support小组已经换人来回答我的ticket了。他说换邮箱要提供注册信息,我就给了他们,他们说要通过电话来开通,我说电话我们可能接不到,我们有时差的啊,。(我那时候还不知道一个ticket帐号可以反复提问,因为我每次再登陆的时候就不让进去了。我前面大概注册了3个ticket去问他们。)
我最后又注册了一个ticket帐号去问问题,这次我把前因后果,包括我注册了好几个ticket帐号问了问题。他们明白了,又要我提供所有信息,包括注册时的地址,邮编,电话,付款凭证等,我就又给一遍。之后我就给他们打电话,但是没人接,分机8501。我在ticket上跟他们说,他们说让我们等他电话,我把固话,手机都给了他们,但是到现在,两天了,连个短信也没见啊。。大家帮我看看,是哪里出了问题。懂行的来问答,莫误导我,搞完这件事我就回家过年了。非常感谢,一定要速度啊

I called your telephone, 1-714-521-8150; the extension is 8501, but no one answer. and because the time difference, we may miss your call. Now, (I am in China) I have a question, now, do you have any other questions? IF you have no more questions and you call to me to confirm the account information, I suggest you give me an email to achieve it. (Because the time difference) and if you have questions or any other requests, please tell me in a lump, Ok??? ONE OF YOUR members have told me your confirmation email had been sent to me...and I didn't receive it, why now it appears so many problems?? Thank u

Now the problem is I bought your host in your website, and paid through the stratocash, and I didn't receive the account information yet, It has been more than 10 days. now I ask you to give my account information of the host, by calling or by e-mail.。。。。

既然他们说要给你开通,就说明你的钱已经收到了.

那还就是他们那边的问题,

你的英语看起来也很棒,直接打电话过去问他们吧.

是这样的。

是这样的,买的时候没卡,我是填好单,截图给朋友让他照着填的,之后就是他付款。结果他把我的注册域名填错了。。。。。之前的工作全白费了。
总共收到两封邮件,都是刚付完款就是就收到的自动回复。
到现在两个星期了...我的邮箱是hotmail的,不会收不到邮件啊..再说我收到过他们的邮件...ticket上的问答也能收到的。
