绑定.cn域名遇到的麻烦，似乎没救了

在hm控制面板中，绑定.cn域名，尝试了若干次，无一成功。
每次都是求助于live chat，请求他们手动绑定。

今天再次求助live chat，他们不给绑定了。聊天记录附后：
现在，既无法自助绑定，他们又不肯手动绑定，那是不是没辙了？？？
各位hm用户，你们遇到了同样问题吗，是如何解决的？

please help me addon the domain ******.cn to the existed directory "******".
my last four digits are XXXX.

Option 1: Provide us with the domain's EPP Code or Authorization Code
(This can be obtained from your current domain registrar)

or

Option 2: Contact your current domain registrar and modify the DNS or
Nameservers to point to the following:

ns1.hostmonster.com
ns2.hostmonster.com

(NOTE: You must wait up to 24-72 hours after modifying the DNS or
Nameserver settings before you will be able to Addon or Park the domain
through our system)

你应该尽量自己解决，他们不能每天什么也不做专门给你绑域名

我肯定是修改了ns为hm指定的ns，
但仍然出错（出错信息附后），近2个月内尝试了数十次，无一例外。

估计是连接不到whois的服务器，

在地址栏输入whois.cnnic.net.cn，无反应。
输入ewhois.cnnic.net.cn，可以访问。

hm关于.cn域名的ns验证机制与cnnic提供的接口是否吻合，这是关键所在

如何获得.cn域名的EPP Code或Authorization Code？
