Thank you for giving us the opportunity to server your hosting needs. If you are looking for more of a variety of available apps for installation please know that websites hosted here are not limited to what is listed in our Easyapps collection.
Other content management systems, shopping cart software and photo gallery systems can be installed manually.

We would be happy to help anyway we can with the acquisition and installation of other applications you may want for your websites.

第一封主要是说：他们很遗憾听到，你要退款的消息，然后他们已经将你的Tickets提交到你的个人助理及他们团队，他们会负责联系你的。
对于此封信，你可以不必回复！

第二封主要是说：他们很乐意为你服务，如果你有需要请联系他们。shopping cart software and photo gallery systems已经被安装了。

PS：看来他们已经将你的问题解决的差不多了。

The refund amount that you will receive is $28.06 which is the price of hosting minus the cost of the domain registration and set up fee.

Although we are sad to see you go I'll be sure to get this cancellation taken care of and processed for you.

We will need however to confirm a piece of information for security purposes. Please update this ticket with your Alipay transaction number from the original charge for hosting plan from February 6th.

Once we have that we will be able to fully process everything for you. Be sure to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
