用户密码忘记,更改E-mail 回复的邮件(已解決問題)

1,帐号里的注册邮箱改成不知道什么的了,用取回密码那个显示的是QQ邮箱,但是所有的QQ都收不到,可能填写错了,或者是被人改了。
2,我使用的是登记域名的邮箱发的邮件,有什么办法可以取回呢,其他所有信息我都有。
之后发了一封邮件,support@godaddy.com 的回复

Thank you for contacting Online Support. In reviewing the information you have provided I am unable to determine how to best assist you. Please reply to this email with a revised description of the issue you are having. Once we have a better understanding of your issue or what you are trying to accomplish we will be able to provide you with a solution to your request.
If you find you need additional assistance please provide your account's 4 Digit Support PIN as we may need to reveal account specific information. Before we can do this we would need to validate the account.
To verify the Support PIN linked to the customer number:
Log into the account. Once logged in under the My Account Tab you will see the account holders first and last name in capital letters towards the center of the screen. Under the name will be the customer number and under it you will see the word 'PIN' followed by 4 blue stars. Clicking the four blue stars will refresh an account security information column on the right hand side of the screen. At the bottom of the new column, above a red and green button will be the Support PIN linked to the account- please make note of this and send it to us when replying to this email.

Unfortunately, the Change department will not be able to assist you with your request as you are not the current registrant of the domain. As the registrar we can only make this type of change after verifying the consent of the registrant. At this point you will need to contact the registrant via one of the methods listed on the whois record of the domain.
If the registrant is unresponsive or unwilling to assist you in this matter, any further dispute over the registration of the domain name will need to be sent either to the registrant, through an ICANN-approved arbitration provider (http://www.icann.org/dndr/udrp/approved-providers.htm) or the court system. If you file a dispute concerning the domain name, please forward a copy to DomainDisputes@godaddy.com.
If you find that the whois information is invalid, such as containing a phone number that has been disconnected or an email address that bounces, please send us a detailed email to InvalidWhois@godaddy.com so that we can attempt to have the registrant correct it.

他说因为您不是注册人所以不能被协助
您可以通过域名whois上的信息联系到注册人
如果注册人联络不到或者不愿意协助,您只能申请 ICANN组织进行仲裁。 |
