bluehost主机最近国内访问特别慢

bluehost最近主机特别卡啊， 好几个朋友都说我的博客打不开，或者访问速度超慢，，本人身在国外，感觉还好。 有没有什么办法 能提高国内的访问速度？？？？
自己ping都在200左右

我的意思是说 我在国外打开很快。 但是在中国朋友告诉我基本就是打不开。。

可能是国内线路的问题。
