老外虚伪的地方在于他们只要对你的CPU限制就可以了。而且大部分服务商都不愿意公布自己的CPU限制参数，和国内服务商不同，国外的只要CPU超了就对你的账户进行关闭了，国内则是对你的主机进行软重启

国外的在协议中或是说明中基本都会公布cpu限制的，国内的才基本不公布
至于关网站，国内外都是一样的，只要你的网站影响其他网站正常运行都会被关

Because 600 GB is an extremely large amount of space and most people will never reach even 10 GB of disk use, we require that you have used at least 100 GB of your allotted space.  If you meet this requirement, please keep in mind that your site will be down for at least 24 hours once the migration begins.  If you do not meet the requirement of using 100 GB or more, then we would like to politely ask that you continue to use your account as it currently is, and when the time comes that you need more storage space, we will be happy to migrate your account at that time.

I can update the bandwidth to match our current offerings if you can verify the password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account.
