Hi Aaron,

All 12 or 24 month Basic plans come with 1 free domain for life, and all 12 or 24 month Business plans come with 4 free domains for life as long as the domain is hosted at Lunarpages.

Here are the options for the Free Domain for Life offer:

1. If you're already registered a domain with Lunarpages, we can set this to renew at no charge when it comes up for renewal.

2. We can register a new domain on your account at no charge to be used as a parked domain, addon domain, etc.

3. You can transfer a domain registered through another registrar to Lunarpages as the registrar. There is a one time fee of $9.95 for a domain transfer request from another registrar. The domain will then renew at no charge for as long as it's hosted at Lunarpages. The one time transfer fee is only applied to your account after the domain has been successfully transferred to Lunarpages as the registrar. If the transfer fails or is denied, there is no charge.

Lunarpages can become the registrar for .com, .net, .org, .name, .us, .ca, .co.uk, .biz, and .info domains.

If you would like the registration to be anonymous (where Lunarpages' information is displayed on a whois lookup rather than yours) we can do this for an additional $7.95 per domain per year for the anonymous registration.

For the transfer, we would need your Cpanel username, last 4 digits of your credit card on file with us for verification, along with the domain name to transfer and the contact details for your current registrar.

Approximately 24 hours after we make the request, you will receive a confirmation email from TuCOWS asking for authorization to transfer the domain. This email will arrive at the administrative contact email listed in your domain whois. Please ensure you have access to this email account as it is required in order for the transfer to proceed.

A transfer can take up to a week, and the request can be denied by the current registrar with no reason being provided.

Please ensure the domain is active and not expired or soon to expire when you make the transfer request. A domain that is ready to expire within a week or less cannot be transferred, and a domain on hold after expiring cannot be transferred either.

Please also ensure your domain is not Registrar-Locked due to keeping the DNS nameservers set. If it is, you would need to log into your administrative interface at your registrar and unlock it as the transfer will automatically fail otherwise.

Note: the Free Domain for Life offer only applies to annual hosting plans and free renewals are available as long as the domain is hosted at Lunarpages.
