求助 1月16日在DH购买的9.24空间+域名至今未开通！！

在DH购买的9.24空间+域名没收到确认邮件但是款扣了，域名也注册了

但是我的账号一直显示 pengding状态没有扣款记录也没有域名注册信息

发邮件给客服。客服问我是不是用了其他的账号来注册了

不会是我用了错误的电子邮箱来注册了吧？

I am sorry but I don't see any payments on the account associated with
this message nor is there any domain specified so I am guessing you have
another account that is more fully formed. If you could please provide me
with the account number from the email receipt we sent (and/or the
domain name set up on it) I should be able to track things down for you.

I was not able to match that - what other email address would you have
used to set up the account? What domain did you set up on it? What user
name did you select?

我现在的账号没有付款记录没有域名注册记录所以连申请退款的选项都没有。。
难道我注册的时候真填错了登陆账号（email）？？？？

我英文实在太烂了求高手指点

I am sorry, but I see no payment made to this account. If you tried to
make a payment, it did not go through. You will need to make a payment
for your account to be approved.
