请教关于域名从新网转移到name的问题

已经进行到这一步了
Transfer has been requested from the losing registrar and we are now waiting for the transfer to be approved. If the losing registrar does not specifically approve the transfer, it will take five (5) days from the Registry Request Date before the transfer completes.

Domain not transfered yet.

我是从新网转的，从袋里商那要的转移密码，但是进行到这一步，他们说没有收到任何确认信，这正常么？

今天name.com给我回信了：

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Name.com! Your transfer request has been sent to the
central registry. We are now waiting for a response from the losing
registrar, who should approve or deny the transfer within 6 business
days.

If the losing registrar approves the transfer, your domain will become
available for management within your account shortly thereafter.

If the losing registrar denies the transfer, the request will be
dropped from our system and you will automatically be provided with a
refund.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.

我打电话给新网总部和我注册的那个袋里商，他们都说没有收到什么确认信，他们说给了我转移密码他们就不管了。但是name的回信上说必须要原来的注册商同意啊？疑惑.................

原注册商会收到一个链接，他们点一下的话就可以立即转出，不点的话，5天后自动转出。

现在域名在新网已不能登录了，修改不了任何东西...
