空间要升级吗？我的空间安装不了深喉咙系统4.1版

我购买的空间是：
OS/Hosting Type:   Linux/Shared Hosting
Hosting Configuration:  2.1  
PHP Version:   PHP 5.x
现在发现一个问题，安装深喉咙企业网站系统3.8版没问题，但安装新版4.1就出错，一打开安装页面就出现下面错误：

我到深喉咙官方论坛去问了，是海外主机问题，国内主机不会出错，我不相信，想请管理员帮我解答一下，看能否通过升级主机空间来解决这个问题，我实在困惑，望管理员尽早给我回复，我在线等，谢谢了！
